Dr. Robert Fraley, DVM

Owner & Veterinarian

Dr. Fraley brings years of experience and a passion for high-quality veterinary medicine to every appointment.
A native of the area, Dr. Fraley graduated from Preston High School (1999), earned his B.S. in Animal and Veterinary Science from West Virginia University (2003), and went on to complete his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine at The Ohio State University (2006).

Throughout his career, he has practiced at multiple regional veterinary hospitals — including Morgantown Veterinary Clinic, North Central WV Emergency Clinic, and Audubon Animal Clinic — before opening Pinnacle Pet Health. His broad experience in both general and emergency practice allows him to handle everything from routine wellness exams to complex orthopedic surgeries with confidence and precision.
